We are so happy that you have chosen to book a service with us! Please be ready to arrive for your appointment 20 minutes early, if it is your first time with us. If you have been here before, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. It is very important that we are able to get a detailed intake form from you and can go over any concerns so that we can address them thoroughly during our time together! Making sure you are satisfied with your service is the most important thing to us. We ask that you silence your cell phone upon arrival to the Spa, so that you and everyone else can focus on there wellbeing during treatment. We like to keep our voices at a low level as well! Gratuity lets us know how satisfied you are with the service we provide. A 15-20 percent tip is a generous offering for services, if you are immensely satisfied!
